Terms of Service

By accessing or using AdLytics, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using AdLytics on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

AdLytics is a media intelligence platform that aggregates advertising data from connected ad channels, provides attribution and analytics reporting, and offers AI-powered optimization recommendations. The service is provided on a subscription basis as described at sign-up.

You may use AdLytics solely for your internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute AdLytics without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the service to process data in violation of applicable privacy laws.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with service integrity.

You retain all rights to the advertising data you connect to AdLytics. By connecting a data source, you grant AdLytics a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. We do not use your advertising data for our own marketing or to train AI models without your explicit consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys connected to AdLytics. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Usage overages (rows above your plan limit) are billed in arrears at the metered rate for your plan. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned downtime. During the beta period, service levels are best-effort and not subject to SLA credits.

AdLytics and all related technology, algorithms, and documentation are the exclusive property of FYM Labs, LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any AdLytics or FYM Labs intellectual property.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADLYTICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that threatens service security.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
